'Scene of Origin’, Mayana Redin's solo exhibition, brings together a set of works that revolve around the cosmogonic, technical, artifactual and catastrophic imaginary of humanity, formed by ceramic objects and iron and steel sculptures.
In the show, the artist presents her first "sculpture film", proposing an exhibition situation that dialogues with the scene, space, scale, and time. Some works use heat and fire, through welding, gunpowder, and electrical resistance, bringing a temporal dimension to the sculptural experiment.
